My milk supply is getting worse and worse. DD doesn't help cos she is so totally all over the place with her feeds and if my let down doesn't come fast enough she refuses to feed, and i don't get a letdown when pumping either which doesn't help. So have been sup feeding with bottles which she takes surprisingly well. But, have been taking fenugreek for 4 days now to try increase milk supply. Have been taking 2 tablets 3times a day, and it hasn't done a thing. Took 3 tablets this morning, was going to take 3 tablets 3times a day, but not sure if its too much, if it will matter if i took more than the recommended dose? I kinda feel like a failure cos my mum fed till we were about 1 and i feel i should be able to do the same...
